Living with Intention Is: Choosing Peace Over Clutter Part 2

Hello Bloomers!
A few posts back (March 5 - Living with Intention Is: Choosing Peace Over Clutter) I shared that I am reorganizing my home studio.
In an effort to make my workspace more light, open and intentionally designed, I took inventory of how I wanted to use my space, and what I wanted that to look and feel like.
When our surroundings are filled with clutter—both physical and mental—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and distracted. It personally causes me anxiety! Part 1 of my journey was transforming one shelf to store all my gift wrapping & crafting supplies.
Today, I share Part 2! I focused on organizing my second shelf to store all my gifting items - and now it’s my official gift stash!

I love picking up thoughtful little treasures when I see them, whether it’s for a last-minute hostess gift, a sweet thank-you, or something I know a family member will love. Having them all organized and ready to go makes gift-giving so much more fun (and stress-free)!
To recap, my home studio is more than just a place to work—it’s a space where I:
Wrap gifts– I love having a dedicated gift-wrapping station where I can easily grab ribbons, tags, and wrapping paper to make every present feel special.
Craft and create – Whether it's designing templates, making handmade gifts, or working on seasonal DIY projects, I need an organized area where my creativity can flow without distraction.
Store gifts for loved ones – Throughout the year, I find the perfect little gifts for family, friends, and hostess occasions. Having a designated space to store and organize these gifts makes holidays and celebrations so much easier!

The first step to my process was:
Assessing what I truly need – What brings me joy and serves my creative process? What’s just taking up space?
Decluttering & organize with intention – Letting go of supplies, decorations, or clutter that no longer fits my vision. And organizing with bins and labels.
Creating functional zones – A designated area for gift wrapping, crafting, and gift storage, so everything has its place.
Part 2 complete! My second bookshelf is organized by gift theme. I am so happy with the transformation. Everything is easy to find, visually appealing and the newfound order makes me excited to dive into projects again!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or uninspired in your space, this is your sign to make a change! Start small—clear a surface, organize a drawer, or create a designated space for something meaningful.
I’ll be sharing updates as I continue this journey, so stay tuned for Part 3!
